Thesis Title: The Nature of Society in England, c. AD 410-1066

About

My thesis,'The Nature of Society in England, c. AD 410-1066' adopted an integrated approach to explore changing human-animal interactions over the course of the Anglo-Saxon period. I am currently preparing aspects of this research for publication. Prior to undertaking my PhD, I worked as a Zooarchaeologist at Oxford Archaeology (October 2005-September 2006). I also undertook a BA in Archaeology (from 2001-2004; 1st class honours) and a MA in Osteoarchaeology (2004-2005; pass with distinction), both at the University of Southampton. At present I am an Academic Tutor at INTO Newcastle University.
